Q: I would like to create a mailing list from a search – how does that work?
A: That is not necessary. Searches can be used in the same way as mailing lists. Together with the smartlists, they form the three “data pools” from which your total recipient list can be created (distribution lists from “My data”, smartlists and pressbase searches).
Q: How up-to-date is the pressbase DACH?
A: The pressbase data is updated every Friday.
Q: I cannot find medium XY or I noticed that a medium is wrongly assigned – What can I do?
A: In such a case you can contact the Stamm-Verlag directly, who researches the data. If you have the result of the research displayed as a hit list, you will find the button “Options” in the upper right corner, which offers the item “Message to pressbase-editors”. This will generate an e-mail. Describe your remarks; you will receive a qualified reaction and information promptly.
