In the "Boilerplates" section, you manage text modules containing fixed contact or company information that can be inserted into content. Boilerplates are frequently used for press releases, newsroom updates, or other publications.
Existing Boilerplates
Upon opening the section, the "Existing Boilerplates" window appears, displaying a list of previously created boilerplates. The overview shows details such as the boilerplate name, a text snippet, the assigned user, and - if applicable - the associated client.
If there are many boilerplates, the list is paginated; you can navigate between pages using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons.
Import User Data
The "Import User Data" function allows you to select data from an existing user. This enables faster insertion of contact information—such as name, job title, phone number, or email address - into a boilerplate.
This is particularly useful when boilerplates are frequently created based on specific contact persons.
Create New Boilerplate
Use the "New Boilerplate" option to create an additional text module. Boilerplates should be given clear, unique names so that users can quickly select the appropriate entry later.
Typical content includes press contact details, company descriptions, addresses, phone numbers, websites, or short standard texts like "About Us."
Usage
Boilerplates help ensure the consistent use of recurring information. Instead of repeatedly typing out contact or company details, you can select pre-prepared boilerplates and insert them into your content.
Summary
The "Boilerplates" section allows you to manage reusable text modules for contact and company information. You can select existing boilerplates, create new entries, and use existing user data as a basis for new ones.
