User In the " Users " area, administrators manage the users of their myconvento account. Here, you can create new users, edit existing access details, check license usage, and control which individuals can log in to the system. User rights In the " Rights " section, administrators define which users are permitted to use specific functions within myconvento. Email accounts In the " Sender Accounts " area, administrators manage the sender details that can be used when sending emails via myconvento. A sender account determines the sender address, reply-to address, and display name used for a mailing. Languages In the Languages section, administrators determine which additional languages can be used within the account. Our Logo In the Our Logo section, you can upload your account's logo. This logo is used in designated areas within myconvento, helping to align the application more closely with your corporate design. Clients The " Clients " section is visible only if client management has been enabled for the account. Clients allow you to separate datasets, teams, business units, or customers from one another. Boilerplates In the " Boilerplates " section, you manage text modules containing fixed contact or company information that can be inserted into content. Contact persons In the " Contact persons " area, administrators manage central contact persons who can be displayed as contacts within the account or incorporated into content. Tags/Keywords In the " Tags/Keywords " area, administrators manage central keywords used within myconvento to tag content and media. API-Keys In the API Keys section, administrators manage technical access to the myconvento account via the myconvento API.
