Select the item “Reports” (graph symbol) – “Other Reports” in the quick navigation bar to access various evaluation options. In addition to evaluation options for the modules “My Data”, “Campaigns” and “Newsroom”, you can also create reports for the “Mailing orders” area.
“Compare Mailings”: A list is created here which compares the dispatch orders in the selected period with regard to delivery rate, opening rate, openings, unopened messages, number of recipients and undeliverable mails.
“Dispatch Reports”: Here a bar chart is shown, which shows the recipients in the selected time period and how many of them could be reached or how many of them were undeliverable. Below this, the individual dispatch orders are listed to which the diagram refers.
“Dispatch recipient list”: This option allows you to create an overview of recipients, related to the selected time period and the messages sent in this period. You can quickly see which recipients were reached with which dispatch order.
