In the blacklist, you store e-mail addresses you no longer wish to be contacted by e-mail – regardless of whether they are part of mailing lists or pressbase filter results.
Adding, removing or editing e-mail addresses to a blacklist is done in the “Blacklist” section, which can be found in the “Dispatch“ module using the quick navigation bar.

Click on the green plus to open a new window where you can enter the e-mail address to be blocked and optionally a reason for the blacklisting. This e-mail address will then be excluded from all future sendings (regardless of the list type) without exception.

If you select a topic here, the topic-specific blacklisting will take effect: the e-mail address will only be excluded from a mailing if the corresponding topic is selected when creating the sending order. If you select a different topic, its respective blacklist is used. If no topic is selected, the regular global blacklist is accessed.

If you tick a mail address, you can remove it from the blacklist via “Options“, where you can also download the blacklist as an Excel export. The pencil symbol in front of the respective address allows you to edit the entry. The editing process is also completed here by clicking on “Save“.
