This section is relevant only if individual contract documents or special agreements have actually been stored for your account. If no individual contracts have been agreed upon, the list will remain empty, or no additional documents will be displayed.
When are individual contracts displayed?
Individual contracts appear in this section only if they have been expressly agreed upon with Convento GmbH and subsequently stored in your account.
This may be the case, for example, if your company has specific contractual requirements, if your own purchasing terms must be taken into account, or if additional agreements regarding the scope of services, data protection, operations, or support have been made.
List of stored contracts
Upon opening this menu item, a list of existing individual contracts is displayed. Depending on the configuration, you can view the stored contract information or access the contract documents.
The list serves primarily as an overview. It allows you to see which special agreements apply to your account and which documents have already been stored.
If no contracts are displayed
If there are no entries in this section, it generally means that no individual contracts have been agreed upon or stored for your account. In this case, the standard contractual terms and conditions of your myconvento subscription apply.
If you are unsure whether an individual agreement should exist for your account, please contact your Convento representative or the sales department.
