The yellow warning triangle indicates that this distributor is intended for an upcoming dispatch. Changes to the distribution list therefore influence the corresponding dispatch.
Is there a way to search all distribution lists for a specific contact (a specific email address)?
Call up the contact yourself in "My data". In the "Distribution list" tab you can see an overview of all distribution lists to which this person/role is assigned.
Does deleting a role from a distribution list affect the data record?
No. Here the connection between the role and the distribution list is simply broken.
I have created a distribution list in "My data" - how do I get the data from "Research" into it?
Distribution lists in "My data" must be filled with your own data, which is created by importing data or manually creating individual contacts. “My data” and “Research” are two different
databases that have no direct points of contact. If necessary, individual contacts can be imported from Classic into your own database as VIPs. It is also possible to import unknown authors from MI
into your own database.
I couldn't find a distribution list. Why is this?
There are two possible reasons for the "missing" of a distributor:
1. If your browser's cache (garbage data) is full, this type of display error can occur. Log out of myconvento and clear the cache using the
key combination: Control + Shift + Remove.
2. It is possible that the distribution list was saved with a similar notation. So try the “similarity search”.
Is it possible to create a send to a recipient list that is based on a CSV / XLS file?
Yes, the smart lists are available for this. With these CSV files, the email address and the language code de are basically sufficient for German-language delivery.
