A created event will no longer be displayed. What could be the reason?
In myconvento there are three different event types (invitations to events, address qualifications and surveys). These can be selected via the respective tabs. Check the respective categories for the existence of the event you are looking for. If this is no longer needed, it may have been archived. There is also a corresponding tab for this.
I would like to create an event for a customer. How do I do that?
In the second step of creating the event, select “Layout of the form”. the " Individual Basic Layout" select. This allows you to deactivate your own company name and also gives you more options when it comes to color design (adaptation to the CI).

Select the individual layout in step 2 of event creation. This allows you to customize the layout of the form in the dialog form and remove your own company name. If you would like to choose one of the standard layouts, our support colleagues can carry out minor modifications for you - such as changing the name or hiding the name - virtually on demand.
