In the last step when creating a campaign, you create or edit the respective dialog form; it is, so to say, the “heart” of a campaign and response form for an invitationsurvey or address qualification.

In this form you define the data and content to be entered or design the questions for your survey.
The dialog form opens automatically after you have completed the first three steps to create a campaign (see above).
You can also open it by marking the corresponding campaign with a check mark in the campaign overview and selecting the menu item “Edit dialog form” under “Options“.
For all three types of campaigns there is a suitable and standardised initial form, which you can adapt and complete according to your specific requirements.
Under the tab “Dialog elements” you define which elements are used and in which order they shall appear.
Basically, the dialog form is divided into individual cells, which can be edited/deactivated using the wrench symbol or moved using the cross symbol.
Fields can be added by dragging/dropping them from the categories Input, Selection fields, Other, Surveys and Layout to the appropriate place or by using the green plus to create an empty field whose properties must be defined.
Both when editing and creating a new field, a dialog form with the following tabs opens:

“General”
Title: The name of this field.
Active: Should the field be visible?
Required field: Must this field be filled in to submit the form?
Description: Sets an optional description below the field.

“Type and properties”
Select the field type from the drop-down menu opening from a variety of field types that have different properties. You can create text input fields, yes/no checkboxes, multiple selections, question matrices, etc.
It is best to try it out and contact the support if you have any questions.
Under “Options” you can view and edit the campaign for this dialog form, save the dialog form as a template for future campaigns, show/hide inactive fields or generate a code. In addition to the URL for a link, an iframe code or a pop-up code for embedding in your own website is available here.
With the tab “Preview website” you can check the layout of your dialog form and adjust it further if necessary.
