Can I operate several Newsrooms at the same time?
With Client Management, you can organise your database by client and create a separate Newsroom for each client.
I have uploaded an image to the Mediacenter. Why can I not select it under Digital documents when creating a news item?
When uploading a file to the Mediacenter, you can decide whether it is public or private. Only public files can be attached to a Newsroom news item.
Why are some collections not available in the Newsroom?
Make sure that the required collections are set to public in the Mediacenter. Only public collections can be displayed in the Newsroom.
Is the Newsroom publicly accessible?
A Newsroom is publicly accessible once you publish it and provide access to it. You can link to it, open it from a button or embed it in your website using an iframe.

Can I save a Newsroom news item without publishing it immediately?
When creating a news item, open Workflow in step 2, Options. Set the status to In progress, Under review or Approved, as required.
Where can I find unpublished news items?
In Newsroom, use Search to find news items with the status Approved, In progress or Under review. You can also select Show all.
